Description: Castleton Rose Fine China Oval Vegetable Bowl This is the gorgeous vintage Castleton dinnerware made of bone china, which was manufactured in the USA between 1940-1972 in the “Rose” pattern and is now discontinued. The pattern features a stunning, scalloped gold pearl border and a floral rim and center on a cream background with gold verge. Colors are very vivid with no fading; the gold trim is beautiful. Each piece is hallmarked with the Castleton trademark and pattern name. These pieces are from a local estate and have been very well cared for. This oval vegetable bowl is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, scratches, or crazing. It measures approximately 11 1/8” long, 8 ¼” wide and 2 ½” deep.
