Description: Casio 727 Flip Top Data Bank Watch.Model IA-1000L-9A.Made in Japan.Includes: Original case, manual, original gold-plated battery (depleted), new CR2012 battery.The crystal is still covered by the original protective plastic adhesive (see photo #4). There are a few scuffs and marks on the plastic adhesive, but the underlying crystal looks flawless. The back of the case has some small scratches esp. near where the cover can be removed (see photos #8 and 9). When flipped open to reveal the data bank portion, the cloth material going between the two pieces (which protects the wires) is frayed (see photos #10, 11, 12). But the metal hinges are in perfect condition. The band is made out of genuine leather, and appears to be in perfect (unused) condition. This watch would make a great addition to your vintage watch collection. They are very difficult to find with the original case, manual, and gold-plated battery. NOTE: Initially, the watch worked great (see video). Then, I tested it a few weeks later, and I cannot get it to work. The new battery is fully charged.
