This mount can also be screwed or bolted onto any flat surface like a dashboard. The other end has a 1/4 X 20 stud on the other that will thread into the Icom remote head bracket. The IC-706 takes a MB-63 The IC-7000 takes a MB-105, The IC-7100 does not need an adapter plate, it has a 1/4 X 20 threaded hole in the face plate. The ID-4100 needs a MBA-8. The 1/4 X 20 will thread directly in the metal plate that comes with the IC-2820.This is the final piece for a very clean instillation for your Icom.Please note the Icom remote head bracket is not included in this offer.
