This issue has an iconic Steranko cover & includes the 1st appearance of Madame Hydra (Ophelia Sarkissian), as well as additional appearances of the Hulk & Rick Jones (the latter becoming Captain America's new partner for the first time). This item is a key Silver Age issue that all Captain America fans would love to have! It has been part of my personal collection for several years, bagged and boarded in a non-smoking home.
