Although the mask does appear to have some sort of glue on the outside, it does not appear that it was done on purpose. I do not see anything indicating a tear in the mask. This costume is being sold as is/as found and will need to be cleaned and/or repaired. It includes a blue-gray outfit/bodysuit, boots, cape, and mask/helmet made of mixed materials. The set does not include a belt or weapons. It is an original Ideal product manufactured in Hong Kong although the inside tag seems to be missing unless it’s further down in the bodysuit than I can see.
