Description: This is a nearly perfect, original WWI era poster promoting victory bonds. (W.P.5) World War I Propaganda (National War Savings Committee, 1918 ). Canadian Victory Bonds Poster (24" X 34") Artwork. War. This poster is shrink wrapped onto a half inch cardboard backing and was purchased from the estate of a local collector like this. I have no idea if it is attached to the cardboard with any double stick tape as is common but there are no signs of adhesive staining. This is perhaps the best extant copy of this poster. Because of the large size, I have made a very high estimate for shipping but am happy to give you specs should you want to get a better quote. Local pickup, here in Toronto, would be ideal.
