(DONT LET THE WIND BLOW IT AROUND OR LET IT STICK TO IT'S SELF) 4. Spray enough soap and water mixture to the exposed sticky side of the decal and the area you want to stick it. 5. Position it where you like it and use a credit card or hard plastic card to squeegee the excess water out. (Press very firm but don't try to kill it.) 6. Now just walk away from it for at least 30 minutes. Let the decal bond. 7. After 30 minutes of drying, now spray the decal with the same water mixture and slowly remove the masking.
