From research we have done online this festival had MC duties performed by Cheech & Chong and entertainment included a battle of the bands, a rock ’n’ roll movie theater, skateboarding exhibitions, etc. It was held at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on April 7th and 8th in 1979. This shirts owner must have been an employee working for merchandising pioneer Dell Furano and his brother Dave and their merchandising company Winterland Productions.
