Description: I had to relist this due to an incorrect box size of 1/2” 🙄😩 UPS and Fedex offer the most competitive shipping prices. Offers allowed! The house is in good played with condition. It does have a few play marks on the roof but nothing very noticable. It’s complete with all internal and porch railings, inside ladder, porch lights and front steps. The furniture is also in good played with condition; however one of the green arm chairs has a loose back (I will add a 3rd green chair that is a little darker shade of green to your package in case it’s not acceptable), and also, the baby train has been repaired, The fireplace lights up! The Christmas trees and gifts are not original Sylvanian items. The shelving piece in the kitchen and pictures on the walls are not hung permanently but with removable blue tack. Please note that I’m offering 2 shipping services for reduced shipping costs depending on your zone. Fedex home delivery seems to be the better price option for most postal zones just wanted to add USPS shipping in case it’s less. Please see photos!
