The program has some water staining to the bound edge...specifically at the lower left. The front cover has several lines of surface damage/impressions - patches of deep dimples that are still visible several pages deep. All interior pages are intact with no tears or dog-ear folds. The interior pages do have some visible water staining as mentioned above, plus also have some soiling around the edges. The front and back covers have general wear including soiling, edge wear, and a patch of paper loss to the lower left on the front.
