Nice piece of Dentist advertising. This would make a great project if you wished to replace the backing with your preferred image. Looks like business card was inserted with metal backing, then caulked around the edges. Condition: Good condition. Most notable issue is graphics are faded. No chips, flakes, breaks, mends, repairs, cracks, hairlines, blemishes, or mentionable boo-boo's. No sickness, discoloration, or residues. Don't feel anything amiss when I run finger around edges.
