Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce set documenting the art, industry, and science displayed at the Crystal Palace in London for the 1851 Exhibition of the World’s Industry. Built for the Exhibition, the Crystal Palace would be moved to a different area in London in 1854, where it would remain until its destruction by a mysterious fire in 1936. An engineering marvel at its time, the venue would spend over eight decades hosting exhibitions, concerts, and more. A wonderful set for restoration and rebinding. COLH1851BFLM-1023-aj0609
