c 1850 Antique Victorian Mt. Washington Glass Brides Bowl 11"

Description: I am pleased to offer a very Early and RARE example of antique Victorian Mt. Washington glass. This brides centerpiece bowl dates to circa 1850 and it is in Excellent for the age condition. The bowl feature pleated crimped edge, gorgeous hand enameled floral pattern and heavy gold gilt.Dimensions: approximately 11" across ( widest point) x 9-1/2" across ( narrow point) x 4-1/2" tall ( 28 cm x 24 cm x 11.3 cm). Weight 4.7 lb. unpacked. Condition: Excellent for the age. The bowl has minor wear on gold and a few factory Manufacturing flaws: straw lines on the crimped ruffles. One of the straw lines has a very small hair line continuation, appears to be an original to the piece (see photo #11).
