Description Italian vals is a gorgeous aquatic plant species that goes by many other names. You might find it being sold as , Water Celery, Eelgrass or Tape Grass. This plant is native to the Americas making it a great addition not only to aquariums but also ponds. Vals are great for decorating the background and hiding equipment like filters or air tubing. Easy to care for it is a great addition to any planted tank. This variety makes it more attractive since its leaves develop a spiral or twist shape. NOTE: Spiralis like many other plants that have leaves that are not flat can arrive looking flat due to the rigors or being ship in a dark box, once planted over time the leaves will stand upright and develop its twisted form. We ship all items in the first 24 hours after the payment is cleared by ebay except during the weekend and during holidays when the postal service does not work. If you buy after Thursday 10 pm your plant will be ship next Monday. What happens if my plant arrives dead? Most of our plants arrive in good condition but there is always the chance due to weather, improper handling of usps or just bad luck that an order arrives dead. If that is the case you just need to contact us in the first 48 hours after delivery and send us a clear picture that shows the dead plant to qualify for a full refund or a replacement what ever works best for you. Deteriorated plants It is normal for aquatic plants that have been out of water for several days and exposed to the rigors of shipping to arrive a bit deteriorated. Falling leaves, bent stems and some discoloration does not mean the plant is dead, it just means that the plant has been sent thru the mail. Usually after being planted it should recover without any issues. If you think the plant arrived in too bad of a condition please take a picture and send it to use to assess the condition of the plant and see if it is viable or not Snails and others hitchhikers Our nursery take all measures possible to keep snails and any others hitchhikers from our plants. Even tho we take all these measures there is always a small possibility of hitchhikers.
