This item is new with tags and has been lovingly stored for a few years. The company size chart is included in my listing, but be aware it fits small. My waist is 27.5 in, under bust 30 in, and I do need to loosen the ribbon ties quite a bit in the back in order to wear. Quick to ship, usually within 24 hours of purchase.
