Description: This OKO carburetor kit is for Bultaco Sherpa Ts and Alpinas that came with a flange mounted AMAL Concentric 25mm or 27mm carburetor. It provides all that is needed for the conversion. Your existing cable should work and your airbox boot should fit directly onto the carburetor. It features a genuine OKO D slide carburetor that we purchase directly from the manufacturer in Taiwan. It is not one of the cheap Chinese copies currently flooding Ebay. This OKO carburetor will provide smoother idling, better throttle response, and a noticeable increase in power, especially in the low and mid ranges, over all round slides we have tested, including Mikuni, DeLorto and AMAL. It comes with a flange adapter and Allen head bolts to replace the manifold studs. It is jetted specifically for Alpinas and Sherpa Ts (250 and 350cc) and we provide extra jets, slightly leaner and richer, for fine tuning. Photos are of our own Bultacos or those we have restored for others. For best overall performance, we use the 26mm, but 350cc Alpinas can also use the 30mm if more top end is desired. Just let us know if you prefer the 30mm and we will ship that instead. We work with those who struggle with tuning to get it dialed in properly, and provide a tuning guide with the kit.
