Broadway Limited Imports Paragon3 5470 UP 4-8-2 Mountain #7020 Two-Tone Gray

Description: This is an Broadway Limited Imports Union Pacific 7020 Mt-3 Two-Tone Gray DC/DCC This version is the Paragon3 run that came out in 2018. This is a nice locomotive that had some issues first, mostly cosmetic when I first bought it. - It had missing ash pan on both sides.- The smoke box had missing/broken classification lights- The smoke box had a broken missing handrail- The top of the smoke box where the smokebox plate was chipped by the preview owner because the classifiction lights were unable to fit. (Go Figure...) It was very surprising to me how this came from a reputable hobby store called Caboose. To have them sell an locomotive that is in bad shape was very appalling and shocking. Later on, I emailed Broadway Limited about the issues of the broken parts. I got a the ash pan replacements, the replacement classification lights, and the replacement smokebox cover, and other replacment parts. Once I fixed and replaced all the broken parts, this locomotive is looking great again. It is not fully perfect as you see can see where the orginal damage was done on the smokebox. (Second to the last / last picture) Despite the cosmetic issues, this is very smooth running locomotive. It runs great, sounds great, and it pulls a good amount of rolling stock. Other than those issues. This is a very nice model in the I suppose rare two-tone gray in the Union Pacific livery and with thje Paragon3. This 4-8-2 is the two-tone grey with the white striping.
