Description: Breathable Kids Adults Single Layer Organic Bamboo Gauze FabricFace Mask Nosewire Pocket *** We make our super light and breathable masks from Natural Organic 2 Ply Muslin Fabric. The fabric content is 70% bamboo, which provides natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and 30% cotton to make it stronger and lint free. This fabric is mostly used for baby products like swaddles, blankets, cloth diapers, bibs etc. We prewash and hand-dye our fabric using natural dyes. We do press the fabric before sawing to ease the process. Each mask has a nose-wire pocket, which allows you to reinsert or replace wire any time you need. Please make sure you trim any sticking wire before inserting to avoid pulling gentle fabric. You don't have to remove a wire nose every time you wash a mask. Washing doesn't change mask size. After first wash they become softer and somewhat thinner yet fluffier that gives better fit. Every other wash seems to make it even better. Hand-washing is recommended. I do wash my masks in washer and dryer on a regular basis. Although it's very important to use gentle cycles and never let them be in the same loads with any velcro, zippers, or other hard objects to prevent fabric pulling or even tearing. Before washing in washer please make sure the elastic ends if exposed have tight knot to prevent elastic fraying.
