Description: "BOYS IN THE BAND" ORIGINAL CAST LP SIGNED BY LAURENCE LUCKINBILL (E) W/COA! In 1968, “The Boys In the Band” created a sensation off Broadway when it opened, with its then daring portrait of a wild birthday party among a group of gay friends in NYC. Laurence Luckinbill played the part of “Hank,” the conservative type who gave the birthday boy a cardigan. He also reprised the role in the later film directed by William Friedman. Here we have the A & M Records Original Cast double LP in Excellent (E) condition with its original A & M sleeves. Signed in black ink, Luckinbill inscribed it “To Bill With (heart sign) Laurence Luckinbill. (SEE PHOTO.) He did so in June 2018 after his.play called “The Abraham & Larry Show” at the Camelot Theatre in Palm Springs (where he lives with his wife, Lucie Arnaz.) This item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
