Description: Up for bid is a wonderful Victorian trade card for B. Stark & Co., Millinery Goods of Albany, NY. This card features a fine lithographic illustration of a Victorian-era boy dressed in period attire. He's fishing along a creek. It looks like the boy is having some trouble, as the hook from his fishing line has caught him in the seat of his pants. When you supersize image 1 you will better see the front of the card that have this wonderful illustration. The artistry's just great and the colors are still good. The back of the card is blank (see supersized image 2). This card measures 4 1/2" X 2 1/4" in size. It was taken from a large collection of Victorian trade cards.
