Condition: NOS, unused. Abrasions, small chips, several with loss of gilt on letters, box extensive creases and abrasions. Erasers likely dry, few with paper abrasions. Japanese pencils are among the best pencils made in the world. Colleen ceased production in 1997, and at some point they were third largest maker, after Mitsubishi and Tombow.
