IF you have a warranty issue w/ decoder you will return it w/ a copy of your eBay transaction to ESU LOK Sound USA.. They will inspect and review the decoder to determine the status of repair or replacement. Do not return it to eBay seller or call Bowser as that will delay the process. FYI:: there are two 30awg brown wires from the decoder used to connect the speaker. Solder the connection and use 1/16th" shrink tubing to protect the connection IF this connection is SHORTED to itself or track rail /metal the amplifier will flash dead and probably entire decoder will fail. This could conclude installer error.. Final decision is with ESU LOK Sound USA.
