The green embossed hardcover with gold lettering has some sun fading and some dark staining on the front. 5 and 3/8s" x 3.25 inch. Nice bright blue/gilt Ad endpapers and yellow endpages. 196 numbered pages plus 36 ad pages. Plus has the fold out map of Boston in the front in very nice condition. I see only 1 note on page 8 ("Ellen Foster sailing for San Francisco") ...otherwise looks unused. The bottom edge of the page block has written "Almanac 1855", and there is a ribbon attached at the top of the spine - that is probably not original.
