The book appears to be signed by the author and the illustrator (please see the 4th pic). The name Eleanor T. Rinne is stamped at the top of both front cover pages. The spine is in poor condition, but none of the pages are loose. Very nicely illustrated. The pages are a heavier weight than are used in most books. At the end of the book it gives a history of each of the songs......“A Few Words About The Adventures Of These Songs”. There are approximately 64 pages of sheet music with lyrics. No writing/markings within the interior text. Moderate to heavy edge wear, rubbing, soiling to the covers. Missing spine back strip. Scarce.Measurements: Height---12”. Width---9.25" I think it’s in good condition for its age.
