There was something spilled on it that dried, (4th photo and 9th photo) it may be removable but I'll leave that up to you.i think it might be from an old rubber band that decomposed on there actually. The good thing is there are no torn corners and no holes from Tacks. Also no rips or tears. The blemishes could probably be sharpied out but I'll leave that up to you.
