Delivery was quick and packaging was exceptional as each piece was individually wrapped and protected. The instructions were easy to follow with clear pictures and descriptions. Give yourself at least an hour to assembly, and also note you are assembling this lamp from the bottom up to the top. Once the lamp is complete you will be impressed with how pretty the infinity heart scroll work looks whether the lamp is turned on or off! Just beautiful! I absolutely love this lamp! It did have to be assembled. My husband struggled a little as the parts were not labeled. I love the push button on and off switch on the floor. The shelves are small but big enough for a medium-size plant. I would recommend this product if you have some assembly knowledge. Several months owning it works very well. I waited to do this as the bottom legs had me a little worried. There are double ended screws to put the legs together. I was careful not to over tighten them. It works wonderfully and doesn't seem anymore fragile than similar lamps. I have used it in several different places in my living room. It has worked well in all of them. I love the foot pedal to turn the whole thing on and that I can turn off the top light with the pull chain if I just want just some ambiance in the room. Gorgeous floor lamp!
