Description: Detail Description Replacement Window for BMW Z3 Convertibles. This is a new BMW window built by me from all new components. An Z3 window is a zip-in window with black canvas trim on the outside that you tuck your top into. I have made thousands of BMW Convertible windows. The Z3 window fits 1996+ BMW Z3. This window is MADE IN THE USA. The plastic that I use is DOT approved, higher quality and longer lasting than OEM BMW plastic. The OEM plastic can be scratched with your fingernail. This plastic won't easily be scratched with your fingernail and is more flexible, meaning that it should be more resistant to cracking. This window lists for $301 from BMW. A lot of people ask if they can do replace the window themselves. The old window unzips and the new window zips in. I supply the zipper slider necessary to do the operation (zipping and unzipping), and the glue to seal the window. You will need an assistant, and it should take 1-2 hours.
