Description: This is a very rare and unique piece of silver from BGM many years ago. It's about 1 3/4" tall and over 1/2" deep. It's an Aztek MEDICINE MAN (I think) pin or brooch. I believe it's sterling silver but can't tell for sure. It was made in Mexico. It's stamped on the back side, but I can't read all of it. I think it's made by BGM or BMG. He has an open "stove pipe" on his head and a nose ring that hangs from his nose. I don't know what the pipe is for on his head, but I thought maybe for poison or smelling salt? I don't have a clue, but it adds a lot of "character" to the pin. The nose ring dangles and moves when you move him. It's a very old piece and I wish I could tell you more about it. Maybe you recognize it from something? I'd be interested in hearing about it. High bidder agrees to pay actual shipping. I will be sending it Priority Mail so that I can insure it.
