Description: Blue Note 12-inch 33 RPM double LP # BST-89903 is "Blue Note's Three Decades of Jazz, 1949-1959, Volume 1" by various artists including John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins, Thelonious Monk and Horace Silver. It is stereo and undated. Sides 1, 3 and 4 look to be in about VG+ to EX condition, still beautifully shiny, and with very little visible surface wear of any great significance. I've played all four sides on my Audio-Technica turntable, and those three sides had very little background noise, most of it only lightly audible, and no skips or repeats, but some occasional clicks or ticking. Side Two has a rough spot in the middle - possibly a needle drop - that causes a short passage of heavy ticking, and maybe even a forward jump or two. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well they will play on your equipment. The gatefold cover is in solid and functional condition, with the seams all intact, and just typical light surface rubbing and edge wear. It comes with two plain white inner sleeves.
