Description: Blacksmith Forged 2 3/4 Lb Cross Peen Hammer Head, Measuring 5 7/8" long, the face is 1 7/16" square, the peen is 1 9/16" wide, and this weighs 2 lbs 12 1/4 oz unboxed. Not signed as to the maker. This is in decent condition and was cleaned. There is some overall patina on the head including dings and light cut marks. The face has some light dings, some tiny chips around the edge, and the start of some mushrooming, but overall nothing too bad. The peen has some dings and a little mushrooming. The eye is good to go. This ain't minty, but drop it on a handle, and it will get the job done. A good one for any blacksmith's anvil and forge for sure!
