This very heavy black sand has a lot of magnetite and hematite along with other minerals, potentially including other precious metals. I tried to extract out all the gold that was mixed into this sand from my Colorado and California gold sluicing, dredging, and panning operations. There may be little to no gold contained in this black sand – but there are many other uses for these concentrates. I am offering this black sand in 5-pound bags (gold pan not included).
