Description: Black Dahlia Daisy or Chrysanthemum Rhinestone Center Large Metal Vtg Brooch Pin This pretty dimensional brooch is preowned and is in good condition for the right person. This brooch is made of metal and the front is black and the back is white. The brooch features shiny black enamel and has a center that has sparkly black crystal rhinestones. The leaves are smooth and the tops have a rounded almost scalloped top defining the flower's petals. The enamel is still bright and shiny and the crystal stones still sparkle a bit with the light. This brooch measures approximately 2 & 3/4" long x 2 & 3/4" wide. It locks with a modern, rolling C clasp and the clasp, lock, pin and hinge are working appropriately. Conditional issues are some flaws in the black enamel (it must have been sprayed), surface scratching in the enamel and some signs of use and wear. In addition, the white back side of the brooch has some black overspray from the black enamel front. This is a pretty, decorative fashion brooch from the 1980s that is large and almost a statement piece due to the size. Some of the flaws could probably be improved with some black enamel as a touch up. This brooch works well with career fashions as well as special occasions.
