The hang straps are still on it. I call the top blouson-like and think that is the right word as it covers/folds a little over. There is a white skirt under-dress that ends about halfway down (shown in pictures). There is a pretty slit on each side. I tried to show good measurements in pictures. This was my daughter’s, and she is purging her closets. It has been packed in a plastic bin for a long time, so she has decided to minimize. My daughter is 5’2”, for reference. Condition is “used”, though it is in very nice shape. I do not see any spots or stains on it. It has been dry cleaned recently, but my daughter took it out of the bag.
