This is a larger, silver tone buckle with a western floral scroll design and black enamel inlay, marked: Silver Plate, made by Award Design Medals, of Noble, Oklahoma, in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnishing and patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 4-1/8" x 3-1/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4.5 oz.
