Includes 2 mounting screws(1) Control plate Switch and knob are noisy when rotated or moved(1) Speaker terminal Needs to be cleaned as it has oxidation. Includes 2 mounting screws This is a vintage used piece of electronics and the factory warranty no longer applies due to its' age. It is sold as-is condition with no warranty.
