It must had been a 1960's young couples "MUST HAVE" for their kitchens or for the newly empty nester couple whose children have grown up, got married or moved out to remind you how to scale down your meals after cooking for many. Easy to cook meals. Romantic tasty meals for two over a candlelit meal. (Is there romance after the kids leave? Absolutely! Sometimes it takes a bit of work to find each other again.)
