SHIPPING: "Live" plants are our business, so for the sake of the customer, but more importantly the plant, we only ship via USPS Priority Mon-Wed; if purchased after 3pm eastern on Wednesday, your plant will go out the following Monday. If you are someone that simply can't wait that long, I am willing to ship Thursday with conditions. Weekend deliveries can't always be guaranteed so delays are possible, which could in turn be detrimental and lastly, any live guarantee upon arrival is null and void due to too many uncontrollable variables. The plant can arrive smaller, larger, brighter, darker, etc. but please don't worry, I'll only ship the finest specimens available at the time. Quarantine*- We grow plants both submerged and emersed so we simply can't "guarantee" they will be 100% pest and algae free, but we always strive for the best. With that in mind, quarantining your plants is always a good idea, regardless of where you've purchased them. The easiest method is a 20:1 water-bleach dip that "should" rid your plants of any unwanted pests or hitchhikers. If you have any questions, feel free to message me. If you have rhizome plants, DON’T dip the rhizome. NEVER dip mosses, thin stem plants, grasses.
