With a high chromium content of 13.0% (Cr), it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure. Blade - Drop Point type with a long cutting edge, finished with an elegant satin finish. The small thickness of the blade, combined with a high flat grind, gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ball bearing ceramic supports the smooth operation of the blade's opening mechanism, which can be opened with a double-sided peg in the wedge (dual thumb stud). The stud has been anodized blue which provides a nice contrast to the color of the wedge. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. The whole thing is locked with a solid button lock. Handle - made of G10, a composite fiberglass material compressed with synthetic resin. The aggressive texture of the grips provides a firm grip, even with wet hands. The cover's chamfered edges eliminate sharp edges for comfort, and the finger indentation made on the front improves ergonomics. The open-backed design fixed with steel spacer sleeves reduces weight and makes cleaning easier.
