Features: Each wheel has 3 x heavy duty 6201RS bearings (inner diameter 12mm) fitted inner back and has spacers between the bearings to relieve over-tightening for max bearings life. They are easy to assemble and use, designed non-slip finish ensuring the belt does not jump off the wheel. Easy Installation: Assembly is pretty straightforward. Make sure the method you use to mount the wheels does not make contact with the inner and outer races on the bearings to prevent them bind. Drive wheel is CNC machined with 5/8" bore. The bore is equipped with a 3/16" key way. It is crowned to help with belt tracking. The surface of the wheel is truly crowned to ensure belt won't jump off wheel. The wheel is CNC machined and fitted with three 1/2" bearings. The bearings are rubber sealed to protect from dust. Bearings are placed back to back (best combination). A 3/8" wide standoff (sleeve) will raise the wheel of the mounting plate. This bearing combination is the best tested solution against bearing failure as it allows for tightening the mounting bolts without causing any axial force on the bearings. (The ball bearings should not bear lateral load.) Each wheel is CNC machined and fitted with three 1/2" bearings. The bearings are rubber sealed to protect from dust. Bearings are placed back to back (best combination). A 3/8" wide standoff (sleeve) will raise the wheel of the mounting plate.
