The book shows signs of age or wear through light soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, mild corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, page edge light soil/stain/age spotting/age staining, edge nicks, and light yellowing of pages. There is a notable slit or cut on the front cover top edge...it measures about 3/8" on the outside and 5/8" on the inside. Edges have a couple of small dents. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/scratches/chaffing/tears/chips/splits/edge creasing, soiling/rub soil/staining/age spotting/age staining, yellowing/inside tanning/browning, and fading/rub fade. All corners are well rubbed and worn with some mild chipping and splitting...the longest split is about 1". The spine upper and lower edges and corners are chipped. The front top edge has a tear of about 1 1/8". Small tears on all edges. Notable chaffed/chipped spot on the back that is now a hole...it is about 7/8" x 1/2". Tiny edge chips throughout. Loose fit.
