Description: This came from the estate of a prominent family in town. California artist Yoko Folan lived from 1928- 2002. She is known for her watercolors. The colors in this are gorgeous! This would fit in with Cottagecore style very well. It measures overall 27" X 21 1/4" and the viewing area is 19" X 13.5." The frame seems to be made of plastic with marbled colors. The artist's signature is at the bottom right. There is glass over the painting. All is in excellent condition. Shipping will be $25. Thanks for looking at my auction!
