Current attribution from the Victorian Glass Community is early Loetz with prior attributions to Harrach and Stevens and Williams. It is in amazing shape with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is a small nick on the inner rim as shown. Please look at the photo to evaluate. Measures 3 3/4" tall. A really great Victorian Tumbler. INV #0643.
