Marked Made in Romania and signed (can’t quite make out the name). A stretch or crackle glass finish with applied paint design, which I believe is handpainted. Despite a fair amount of research on my part I have not been able to find out anything about it. It’s in good condition, with some wear to the finish on top of the rim, rim edge has some areas of just the slightest roughness. It’s a shade under 3 ½ inches tall.
