Description: RESERVED. An original 1st issue of BFS on UK Parlophone - whilst charting. Matrix 3N/4N. Note how the perimeter text mentions 'Parlophone' - indicative of 1st issue. Winter '64 Lovely heavy-set vinyl [I would personally insist on this - on this title]. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover with Emitex inner. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete Vinyl (Ex) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. Nice looking labels! A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are really quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity.. Why would one want to compromise on an out and out great rendition. VERY difficult to find a truly super player. But I am pleased to report that this example is composed and consistently playing well. The very fussy 'Sun/Moon' tracks' often exhibit issues...but this example delivers a great rendition with barely a crackle...THIS IS HIGHLY UNUSUAL . Highly recommended - particularly dead-set on near perfect audio. Cover (Ex-) Super difficult to find in top level condition - they nearly always tarnished. This example has avoided the ageing process and most surface wear too. Slight laminate lift by spine edge. The interior looks great - no issues. Minimal edge wear. Spine 80% intact just slight 1 c.m. split bottom end - otherwise great. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits.
