Description: Beatles 3rd State Gorgeous Peeled PA #3 Butcher Cover Please read entire description/auction terms prior to bidding on this item. Thank You USE BUY IT NOW AND GET A FREE COPY OF THE NEW BLUE VINYL MEET THE BEATLES MONO 60TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION ! (*) We've had a few disappointed bidders miss out on some of our last offerings. If you are looking for a genuine and authentic 3rd State (peeled) Scranton PA #3 Mono Butcher Cover with strong seams and fairly white appearance, this might be for you. Very reasonable opening bid for a jacket of this overall quality. This example boasts solid seams and spine and exceeds the quality of peel seen in recents sales in this price range. In fact, our prices are generally so reasonable that our Butcher Covers are frequently purchased and flipped on this forum at higher prices by known sellers. Please examine the photos and we're sure you will agree that this is a higher quality peel than what is generally offered out there. Although it is sad each week to see more and more recently amateurishly peeled covers go up for sale, the good news is that jackets such as this with decent seams with less general wear are only increasing in value as more and more get destroyed by amateur peel attempts. Please read the jacket description below for specific details on condition. While the market is currently getting flooded with overhyped/over-graded peels with large obvious large scars/damage/paper residue, split seams etc, the good news for buyers is that this is one is better than what is usually seen out there in this price range. But don't just take our word for it, look around and compare what you are buying for what price. Take a close look at the photos and please see below for specific condition description. Some sell Butcher Covers with photos that are no so clear. Condition is important on these jackets. This item will be safely and securely double boxed and shipped to you via Priority Mail. Please read complete description prior to bidding. Condition: Front of Jacket: Front Peeled Butcher Slick is stunning and presents nicely overall with beautiful colors and presentation on this one. The borders are far more white than usually seen on this nearly 60 year old jacket ! Capitol paste over factory horizontal glue brush lines are very light on this one. Please see magnified photos to verify specific condition and feel free to contact with questions. Seams: Top and bottom seams are complete. Believe it or not, this seam condition is fairly rare with these nearly 60 year old jackets (please see seam photos). To protect the integrity what remains of the seams, a record should never be placed or stored in this jacket. Spine: Spine is complete with all writing also complete and legible. Overall very nice and way better than you usually see ! (See Spine photo). Back Of Jacket: The back of the jacket is very clean and mostly very white for its age with only the very slightest hints of wear and a few slight stains. Hard to find in such nice shape for sure ! Trunk Slick: Removed trunk slick is included but is in rough shape with wear tear and repair evident. (See photo of removed trunk slick). Record/Inner Sleeve: Comes complete with East Coast mono pressing in VG+ visual condition (mostly light sleeve scuffs/scratches but nothing too deep) by Goldmine standards. Plays through nicely with minimal noise (no skips or loud pops or clicks). EX labels. Goldenrod 1966 East Coast inner sleeve included in this auction in G condition (a few typical seam splits several inches on sides and bottom). Terms Of Auction/Shipping: Due to recent inflation and subsequent increases in actual USPS shipping costs, Buyer pays $34.99 for properly packed double boxed priority shipping with tracking. Shipping of such a high value, large package with significant weigh is costly and labor intensive and will likely be more that what is being charged here. Regardless, the cost to you will be capped at $34.99. Bidders with low feedback or new accounts must contact us prior to bidding on this item. Seller reserves the right to cancel bids at any time. Due to the exceptional cost and labor involved in shipping this item, this is being sold "AS IS" and there are No Returns on this purchase. Please review all photos and descriptions and please contact with questions prior to bidding. This item has been through a laborious process from the 2nd state to what you see here, and as such, the grading is unique on this item. This cannot be graded like a comic book or a baseball card due to the fact that this jacket has twice been altered from its original state, once by the paste over process at the Capitol Factory and likewise by the peeling/restoration process. Any minor imperfections are from either process. The photos speak for themselves and we do our best to accurately grade these historic artifacts. T-Shirt Seen in Background on first few photos is NOT INCLUDED. * Please note: Free Meet The Beatles LP only available on Buy IT Now purchase Thank You !
