Bauhaus original vintage t-shirt, 2011, whole Bauhaus shirt, nothing but Bauhaus

Description: You often forget how much you love Bauhaus, but then you catch "Bela Lugosi's Dead" on Sirus XM, and then it all comes rushing back: those ambient, airy soundscapes, the creaking guitar, the dub beats, the plodding but steady bassline, all of it echoing, reverberating over Murphy's ghoulish vocals. You can't beat it and (mercifully) few have actually tried (I'd put Interpol more in the Joy Division-aping camp, though they deny even that), and here we have the promo tee for the fantastic album The Sky's Gone Out. "Third Uncle." "Silent Hedges." "Swing the Heartache." Bonus tracks include the wonderful cover of Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust" (this is the one Bowie cover that I might like better than the original; I go back and forth; I honestly can't make up my mind). So we love the band, but it can be tough to find a good tee, probably because most of the originals have crumbled to dust and what remains are a bunch of bunk-ass reprints. The reason you want this one is not only because it's soft and sexy, but because quality, vintage tees with this texture and graphic are rare, and full disclosure: I had to dip into my personal collection for this one. I don't like to be without one of these, and this one fits me like it was born for my bod, but I'm listing it anyway. Look at the pics and see how nice it looks on me, and thus I hope you appreciate the sacrifice that I'm making for you. You'll be the only one at the dimly-lit dive bar in this baby, and anyone worth talking to will recognize it immediately. You'd be hard pressed to find one in better condition, too. Gothically dope!
