Original green felt and foil sticker. Approx 1 1/2" tall x 1 3/4" wide Condition: There is a chip on the left ear tip of the smaller mouse. There is also crazing. Colors are bright and detail is wonderful. Basil Matthews, sculptor of highly collectible small animals. Basil Matthews was a master in making and hand decorating small porcelain animal figurines - often with a touch of whimsy. He started producing his figurines in Staffordshire, England in 1946. Since his death in 1985, the figurines are becoming more collectible. Since all Basil Matthews figurines were hand decorated, no two are exactly alike.
