Description: Barnsby saddles were known for their craftsmanship and comfort. They produced various types, including close contact jumping saddles, general-purpose saddles, and dressage saddles. These saddles were built on modern trees, combining horse comfort with rider stability. Features included soft latex seats, preformed knee blocks, and Dunlopillo cushions. While Barnsby saddles are no longer in production, vintage Barnsby saddles remain sought after by equestrians and collectors. this saddle is in good condition, some wear present. This was an estate find and the saddle was left in a saddle bag for years. it was cleaned and oiled, and even though it was neglected, it is still in very good condition to use as a schooling, training, jumping, or all purpose saddle. saddle is completed with 48" girth (some wear), stirrup straps and irons. irons need cleaned due to some erosion. also available is a lined saddle bag ~ see listing
