No broken parts.. looks to Been only assembled a few times…the three pink colored floor boards are in excellent condition … the five walls as shown are in excellent condition … the perched roof is excellent condition.. the 6 long pink colored runners are all excellent.. the six short pink colored runners are all In excellent shape, the eight pink colored connector bars are all in excellent condition … the swing set is complete and is in excellent condition… the spiral Staircase is excellent condition. , just a little dirty, the three white colored railing are in excellent condition… will break this into parts if the price is right.
