This grind adjustment technique has been a long time Baratza feature but the latest generation of the Forté has taken this method of grind adjustment to its highest level of performance with precise and positive positioning of the adjustment levers. You will also notice that the included photos show this unit with a white on black background LED interface which identifies this grinder as the latest generation of the Forté. In case you are wondering the earlier model of the Forté was a black on gray interface that lacked the sharp look of this latest model. The Forté-AP grinder comes with 54mm ceramic burrs and this means it is the Forté grinder which is suitable for accurate and precise grinding for all purposes including espresso and non-espresso drinks.
